Do not touch lines with ----- SCANNED .... ---- on them, these are added
to the file to put it back together again after proofing. If you wish to
take a moment and align columns it would be appreciated. I recommend using
notepad or ascii text editor, spaces are important in this document.

The following lines can be ignored, they are generated by the assembler.
If you want you can delete them.

Note zeros and letter O are different. In the first part of the line there
should be no letters. And numbers between 0 and 7 only. Anything else is
an error. If the last column exists it is a sequence number. Generally they
are 3 alpha followed by 4 or 5 numeric. But this is not a rule. In the label
and operand there can be zero or 0, if the first numeric part is all correct,
then do not change anything in the label/opc or operand field!

Numeric only LABEL OPC OPERAND English text.

If you can't figure something out put a note in the line below as follow:

   note: message

Please put note: in lower case to make it easier for me to find it.
I will review all notes and make final say as to what should be there
if I can figure it out. Do not add any notes or comments that are not on
listing onto same line as listing. This makes it hard for me to compare
versions. This file is a generated file and corrections have to be made
to the source file.

   Thank you for your help.
