Switch 1 - 1 read tape A1  - 0 read card reader
Switch 2 - ?
Switch 3 - 1 don't print to sysprinter, 0 print to sysprinter
Switch 4 - Not used.
Switch 5 - 1 write listing to B3, - 0 don't write to B3

Installing 9AP from card deck.

Attach blank tape to B1. 
Load card deck in reader.
Boot from reader.
Continue at first halt.
start at location 76030 on second halt.
Label tape on B1 9AP.


Running:
   Mount scratch tape on B2.
   Mount output tape on B3 [Optional].
   Mount input on card reader or A1.
   Mount 9AP tape on B1.
   2nd from last card of 9AP card deck is the loader card.
   alternately boot from B1.
   Binary output on syspunch.
