simulator:
    There is still some problems with channels. 
	7909 channel does not always inhibit interupts.
    DFDP will sometime return a result that is off by +/-1 in LSB of lower
		fraction.
    Signifigance mode has not been tested.
    Hypertapes I am not sure if they are working correctly.
	Bugs could be either in code or in IBSYS. I have found one
	IBSYS bug with hypertapes, so there could be others.

704 stuff:
    Test MacroSAP (RPC working).
    Build  704 fortran II master tape
    Test 704 DP package.

IBSYS:
    Test 9PAC.
    Need to create test jobs for IOCS, Sort, 9PAC, CT.

Extra:
    Comment SUPPAK off ksys61 (RPC working), IBM360 assembler/simulator
    Convert Lisp 1.5 to run under IBSYS.
    Extract and test stuff off Bamberger tape.
    Type in CLASS assembler (started RPC).
    IBSYS users guide.

IBM7030
    Diagnostics need to be proof read after OCRing.

IBM7080 & IBM 7070
    Need software.

Diags:

      9m71	       7094 cpu diags. (similar to 9m01-9m08).
