For the frame I planed 2x4's down to 2" x 3/4" thick pieces. For my table I
used (6) 11" long pieces, (4) 14" long pieces and (2) 20" long pieces. The
14" pieces were used as the legs. I made three frames that were hooked together
into a C for stability.

Prepared stock.

Close up.

The feet where made to fit across my bench to be clamped
down when in use. Here is a before and after shot of wood. The feet are
3" wide, by 26" long and about 3/4" thick.

Both finished sitting over bench.

Side frame pieces cut.

Back frame pieces.

I used mortis joints to join frame pieces together.
Test fit for side frame.

Size testing table. Router bottom is about where hole
will go for router. The frame is just pressure fit and the back is only
held in place with clamp.

Clamping the frames.

Side view. I got a twist in these, but it was not too bad.

Not a clean fit.

Couple minutes with plane and everything is perfect.
Note, these do not have to be flat on sides, just top and bottom. Where they
attach to top and feet.
